What is the timeframe for this project?
This financial year (2023-24), the City is conducting community consultation, gathering background information, data and analysis. The masterplan will be completed next financial year (2024-25). Detailed design and construction will follow in subsequent years.
Will there be further engagement opportunities for the community to provide input?
Yes. There will be plenty of opportunities for further community input. The City is planning various online surveys, media releases and pop-up events in the park to provide updates and gather more input throughout the phases of the project.
