Who owns the carpark at PCEC?

The car park is leased by the City of Perth from the State Government of WA and operates as a separate entity from the Perth Convention Exhibition Centre.

Why are the works so necessary?

Whilst structurally safe, the car park requires significant remediation works to provide a long-term solution to this ongoing issue.

Why is City of Perth doing the works?

Ongoing, day to day repairs and maintenance of the car park comes under the remit of City of Perth Parking, which uses the PCEC car park as its operational base. The 3-month capital renewal project falls under the Infrastructure and Assets Unit at the City of Perth.

How can I find out more

    Engagement

A series of engagements will take place based on the above timeline with all the stakeholders identified as having either a vested interest in the project or whom will be directly impacted by the works.

In addition, notices will be placed at the PCEC carpark entrance to advise the works and divert drivers to alternative parking options.
