New Mardalup Park public toilet

BACKGROUND

A need for a new public toilet in Mardalup Park was identified in the City of Perth Public Toilet Plan 2022-2032.

The current Mardalup Park facilities currently consists of a playground, basketball court, open lawn and picnic and BBQ facilities. To support and encourage people to spent time using these facilities and to fill a gap identified in the City’s public toilet network a new toilet has been approved by City of Perth Council.

The City of Perth is currently completing the design for the new public toilet facility.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

We are excited to share three concept designs for a new toilet facility in Mardalup Park. Your feedback is crucial in helping us create a space that meets the needs of our community.

An online survey will be open until 23 February 2025.

This survey will explore your preferences regarding the location, integration with the surrounding playground and planting, and the choice between an automated toilet module and a bespoke toilet building.
