Why are we restoring the existing pumping station?
Where is this project taking place?
The works are to occur at Langley Park Pumping Station, Corner of Terrace Road and Hill Street, East Perth.
What will the impacts be?
The building will be fenced off for the duration of the project. No external pedestrian access will be impacted during these works. A mild level of noise from these works is to be expected during the hours of 7am to 5pm. All City contractors are bound by the Environmental Protection (Noise) Regulations 1997.
Will businesses be impacted?
There will be no impacts or disruption to businesses within the area.
