The Hay Street Streetscape Revitalisation Project presents a new vision for the public realm between William and Elder Streets. Additional street trees, new high-quality finishes and increased footpath widths will facilitate more outdoor dining and an improved walking environment. New functional and creative lighting will transform the street at night. Converting the street to two-way traffic will increase access and address current safety issues.
