Hay Street – Elder to Thomas Street - Two-Way Conversion

The Hay Street – Elder to Thomas – Two-Way Project is being developed and once complete, will enhance access to West Perth and allow CAT bus services to operate in both directions along Hay Street, east of Outram Street.

Information is provided in the draft concept plan about the proposed changes—limited to intersections—to enable the conversion of the street to two-way traffic.
