The Citizens Advisory Panel's (CAP) Workshop 4 was held on Wednesday, 4 August 2021. The workshop was an opportunity to showcase the work undertaken by the CAP over the three workshops, confirm that the principles prepared accurately reflect the CAPs feedback and an opportunity to comment.

The UWA QEII Precinct Plan CAP — Final Workshop 1-4 Outcomes Report is attached under the Citizens Advisory Panel Workshops Outcomes Report heading.

You can find Workshop 4’s information in Section 8. "WORKSHOP 4 OUTCOMES" starting on page 48 and the “RECOMMENDATIONS” following the identified values and principles in Section 9 starting on page 50.

This workshop was the final event of the early community engagement phase of the UWA QEII Precinct Plan project. The City will carry the values and principles established during this engagement phase forward into the future planning stages for this area. We are currently commencing several required technical studies, which we hope to complete at the end of 2022 before we can start developing the Precinct Plan.

The City will also provide further opportunities for the CAP and the broader community to be involved in the Precinct Plan's development to ensure continuity and accountability to this process.
