The City of Perth is reaching out to the Northbridge precinct food & beverage businesses for an expression of interest in participating in an exciting new opportunity. Given the success of the current Twilight Hawkers Market event in Forrest Place, the City is proposing to deliver a similar style event in Yagan Square. The intention is to engage Yagan Square Market Hall and Northbridge food & beverage businesses, in the aim to draw patrons and business through Yagan Square, William Street Mall and into Northbridge. Musical entertainment will accompany the market stalls and the event will be promoted by City of Perth and Development WA.
To facilitate participation, the City invites Northbridge and Market Hall businesses to take part free of charge. The City will provide required key infrastructure and equipment to assist businesses interested in participating. For example: marquee, trestle tables, temperature control facilities and other required equipment. Businesses will need to supply smaller equipment required for preparing their food and staff the market stall, however the City will endeavour to work with each business on final requirements. Each stall will also be supplied with signage to promote their business.
