A place plan is a high‑level planning document that summarises current conditions, character and values of a space and identifies key issues and opportunities for improvement. 

The Totterdell Park Enhancement Place Plan, together with the community feedback will inform the development of a future concept design to enhance Totterdell Park into a contemporary city park to meet the current and future needs of our growing community.
