Consultation has concluded
The City of Perth is considering the potential introduction of markets in the riverfront area in 2025 to increase activation and visitation and we require your input.
Markets are a great activation option, providing entertainment and retail options for the local community and equally positive for tourism of the area. Successful markets are held regularly, well located to be supported by foot traffic and promoted effectively to engage with the surrounding community and visitors alike.
We have two surveys; one for Businesses in the Barrack Square and Elizabeth Quay precinct and one for Residents in the vicinity of Barrack Square, Elizabeth Quay and East Perth. The surveys will be open for comment until 22 September 2024.
