The City of Perth is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from organisations, institutions or groups interested in using a 26m2 room at the Citiplace Community Centre for medium‑term use to deliver services, programs or activities that provide a clear and demonstrable benefit to the community.
The EOI process is intended to encourage innovative, community‑focused proposalsthat complement existing services, improve access for the community and contribute to increased activation of the Citiplace Community Centre.
Citiplace Community Centre is a centrally located community facility operated by the City of Perth and designed to support a wide range of community‑focused activities, services and programs. The Centre aims to provide welcoming, inclusive and accessible spaces that encourage participation, connection and activation within the city (Citiplace Community Centre | Visit Perth)
The City of Perth’s objectives in inviting EOIs are to:
Provide access to a room that enables the delivery of services, programs or activities that demonstrate clear community value, including improved access, inclusion, wellbeing, learning or social connection.
Maximise utilisation of the room, having regard to the frequency of use, hours of operation and anticipated number of participants, and more broadly support increased activation and visitation to the Citiplace Community Centre.
Attract a diverse range of people and communities to the Citiplace Community Centre and contribute to its role as a welcoming, inclusive and vibrant community space.
