Perth, as a capital city, is the centre for civic, administrative, health, tourism and commercial services, and the hub of greater Perth’s public transport system.

The ambition set out in the City’s new Local Planning Strategy to increase the city’s residential population to 55,000 people by 2036, will increase demand for convenient ways to move around.

Over the last two years the use of e-Scooters and other eRideables has become increasingly common on city streets. The City is interested in the perspectives of users of these devices, as well as bicycle riders. The results of this survey will help inform future plans for riding within the city.
