You will need to complete this form if you wish to apply for a Busking Permit. The City of Perth will review all submissions to evaluate your performance and assess the quality and performance value of your act.
To complete this form you will need to submit:
- Your contact details
- An overview of your performance or act
- A YouTube, Vimeo or Instagram link to a video of your performance/act
- Scans of appropriate identity documents and a passport-style photo, to be printed on your permit
